On Friday, Charlie Trotter closed his namesake restaurant’s doors for the last time. The restaurant has been opened for 25 years. It has became an Chicago institution while producing innovating dishes.
Other than the famous Charlie Trotter, a “few” well-known chefs worked in those kitchen including Graham Elliot, Bill Kim of Urban Belly and Homaro Cantu of Moto.

One Day When I’m a Baller
I’m sure you are wondering about my title. Let me explain, during college The Best friend (Girl) and myself used to say that when we wanted something or go somewhere that was out of our reach financially. I’m not exactly a Baller but I get to pretend I am once in a while. This past weekend it was one of my good friend Anna’s Birthday. I decided to take her out to Graham Elliot here in Chicago. If you do not know who Graham Elliot is, you might recognize him from television shows like MasterChef Season 1 and MasterChef Season 2. He is the guy with glasses.
