New Home

After two long months, I'm finally here in San Jose.  Moving across country is no joke, I thought it would be similar to the previous times I moved.  I was so wrong.  I even reduced the amount of stuff we had.  Do you know how hard it was to get rid of baking pans and various other tools?  Hard and I still had 4 boxes of pans.  I was able to negotiate with The Daughter to get rid of 2/3s of her toys.  I kept telling her it was for her godmother's baby.  It was kinda cute when she would look at the item, thought about it, and put it one of her three piles.  She was more than glad to give her brother's toys. 

After a month we finally got the house packed up and on the moving truck.  The Husband was going ahead of us since he was driving and we opted to fly (I guess two days in a car with a 3 year old and 11 month old would be bad ides). 
Instead of going straight to San Jose, we flew to Ontario (California not Canada) so I could attend Camp Blogaway. 
The Husband went to San Jose to find us a home and start working while I was camping and The Kids went to The Grandparents.  I never saw The Mother so happy and frustrated at the same time.  I warned her they are a handful.  She was glad to have them around.
We even fit in a training session on uploading , a little editing, and organizing pictures.  Soon she will be on pinterest. 
After a month of being nomads we are moved into a rental home.  We.are slowing going to back to normal but I do wish I could find socks and my knives.   I haven't cooked for so long, I'm getting antsy to get in the kitchen. 
Hopefully if we have to move again, I will be a little more organized.  This one was painful but I hope it is worth it.  If anybody has suggestions on must eats, please send my way.
