Tilapia Tacos

IMG_4902

You know what sucks when multiple people in the house knows how to cook?  There is way too many cooks in the kitchen.  It gets irritating when I don't really have a plan for dinner but I decided to wing it.  This tends to happens more often than not.  There are always multiple opinions asked or not.  Even if HE or she does not really know what I'm making.
This happened when I took out some Tilapia out of the freezer for dinner.  I stared and stared than stared some more.  I realized that I had some of the fixins' for fish tacos so I went with that.  This is where the debate between myself and a nosy individual started.  HE thought we should bread it than fry it and I wanted it grilled.  So we did was made both.  Each one hit the spot but I hate to admit it but the battered one was better (shhhh please don't tell, I will never hear the end of it from HIM (have you guess who this is?).
